Nice building and rooms where the ac did work. Good pool, favourable and great location to the stop for the public transit bus to the airport. And just off Near downtown across from convention center walking distance from concerts, a Subway, and restaurants shops.

Favourable and magnificent location, just a walk down to everywhere. Cable programming, a microwave, and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location was particularly good and excellent, for example, Museum of the West was relatively close to the hotel. There was a good restaurant, a market and a large supermarket next door.

This low-budget hotel offers a wide array of cheap and neat rooms. It offers a marvellous location and has super friendly staff with the real manager. You could walk to a market and a large supermarket. When I am in Grand Junction, I like staying here.

It was close to our family.
We were never told that the pool was empty. We were going to use it and play with our Grandduaghters in it and noticed it was empty. It was a total disappointment.

Proximity to Univeristy. Availability of room. Takes pets. Nice pool and spa.
Room and bath are cramped, but what might be expected from a budget hotel

Location was its only redeeming value
Road noise, dirty walls

It had quick and easy access to the freeway and to the downtown area.
The room was not vacuumed well. There was mold in the bathroom and the tile in the shower was in bad disrepair. There was a musty odor in the room.

The clerk was prepared for us when we arrived later in the evening. The small fridge was on when we arrived. It was very cold and made no noise.
No hair dryer in the room. The bathroom was in poor condition (tiles, etc. had been repaired in patchy ways). Half of the rooms at this motel are on the ground level where parking drives right up to the door. There were two vehicles parked within four feet of our window and door, facing in to our room. The doors' main bolt lock was broken and worked only after a lot of effort by my husband. A little discomforting if it had been only myself - as I was not able to lock it at all. You may get what you pay for here - as the price was $59 - but you won't get more. I would describe it as a handyman or construction workers hotel while they are travelling from one job to another.

I attended the Grand Junction High School graduation and it was at Stocker stadium and I had to get to the venue early and was disappointed the continental breakfast didn't begin until 7a.m. I left the motel at 6:45a.m. and couldn't participate in the breakfast. I was given a great bed but the toilet would make a running noise when ever someone else flushed, every 30 minutes or so. I enjoyed your hotel. Thank you for holding the room until 10p.m. when I arrived.
The bed was soft but firm. The room was held for me until I got to town. It was easy to book on line. I appreciate talking with Razi on the phone.
